Refund policy

We want you to love your Dazly order. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to cancel your order without giving any reason.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party you nominate, receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at contact@spyrela.com with your order number and your decision to withdraw. We'll confirm receipt straight away.

How to return a product

  1. Email us at contact@spyrela.com with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within 48 business hours with instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the product back within 14 calendar days of telling us about your decision.

You pay the direct cost of returning the product, unless it arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, in which case we cover it.

Condition of the product

You can examine and try the product as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling it beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and how it works.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no extra cost to you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that you have sent it, whichever happens first.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, email us as soon as you notice, with photos attached. We'll send you a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Legal guarantee

All our products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Complaints

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the consumer protection authority in your country. In Ireland, this is the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
