2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern purchases made through the Dazly online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

3. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable VAT. Any shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your purchase. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies is always the one shown when you place your order.

Product images are for illustration purposes and colours may vary slightly from the actual product.

4. Ordering

Once your order is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email and the sales contract will be formed. If a product is unavailable, we'll let you know and you can choose a full refund.

5. Payment

You can pay using any of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers, and Dazly never stores your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping areas, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

Our products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Liability

Dazly is not responsible for damage caused by using the product in a way other than described in its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, images, logos and design) belongs to Dazly or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be reproduced without express permission.

11. Data protection

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, and you may bring any dispute before the courts of your place of residence.
