Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order. There are no extra delivery charges.

Order processing

We prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistics issues, busy periods or events beyond our control. In any case, orders will be delivered within the 30-day maximum set by EU consumer law.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. Please note that tracking can take 3 to 5 days to show updated information.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. If an order is returned because of a wrong address or because nobody was available to receive it, we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Orders not received

If your order hasn't arrived after the maximum delivery time, email us at contact@spyrela.com with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send you a new one or give you a full refund.
